Moreover, at the train stations of Frankfurt, all significant ICE and freight traffic routes converge - from here, Berlin, Hamburg, Amsterdam, Zurich or Paris are able to be reached in only 3 to 4 hours on a train. As a consequence, Deutsche Bahn AG also set up its headquarters for freight transport in nearby Mainz.
